From Wooden Crates to Building Dreams
Born in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, Claudia's journey of creativity began early. As an only child, she spent her days playing "architect" in her parents' garage, using wooden crates to build imaginary offices where she would write and draw characters.
Moving to the United States at age seven brought new challenges and adventures. Books became her refuge and her teachers. Today, after a successful career in business, Claudia returned to her roots to create the Ellie Fairy series—stories designed to help children navigate the world with courage and kindness.
